SEATTLE-On Friday night at Ingraham High School, the O’Dea fighting Irish handled the Roosevelt Roughriders in a 56-28 victory, with a big part in it being Junior tailback J’Shaun Wilson.

Wilson rushed for 264 yards and 3 touchdowns in the victory, thanks to some key blocks from the offensive line.

There were some lapses though, with Roosevelt WR1 Owen Poort causing big problems for the Irish secondary, but the defense locked back in with Junior Satoray Roberson catching an INT later in the game.

"It's only up from here… the goal is to not get satisfied," said Wilson reflecting on his record breaking night."Everyone had the opportunity to show what they can do," said Junior kicker Alec Petricic after Friday's result.

Coach Kohler however expects better in the next game, where the Irish can expect a lot of improvement moving into this Friday’s game at home vs Ballard.
