Walking into George's you immediately get thrown into a Polish atmosphere and get hit with friendly greetings and smiles. George's started in 1979 on First Hill and remains in the same location to this day. George's has been serving great hot and cold sandwiches that bring people a feel of Poland. George's always brings their customers back with their traditional Polish-styled food and assortment of great deli meats. Some of their most popular food items are Reuben and pierogi sandwiches. When we walked into George's, we immediately got a great smell of fresh meats and sandwiches and saw all their traditional Polish food, snacks, and candy.

George's is a great spot for sandwiches and traditional Polish Eats. When we got there, we ordered the Italian sandwich. The Italian is a classic sandwich but not Polish. In hindsight, we should’ve opted for a Polish sandwich since it was a Polish deli but nevertheless, it was a good sandwich. The bread was fresh, and the meat was very high quality.

In conclusion, Georges is a great spot to get something nice for lunch. They have many options for everyone at a reasonable price point. George's has been in the O’Dea community for years and continues to produce high quality food for everyone.
