On a windy Saturday night in late October, it might seem strange to see students all come back to school. However, they were back to partake in an annual dance for all grade levels. The Homecoming Dance is a celebration of unity and coming back for another school year.

Upon entering the dance students would get a fake $1,000 O'Dea brand bill to gamble with. There were drinks and food to satisfy any hungry guests. The big attraction was a large chocolate fountain with many different snacks to cover in chocolate.

The theme of the dance was Casino Royale, so the gym was split in half; on one half of the floor was the DJ and the dance floor, and on the other half there were poker tables with dealers at each table. Students would go around and play games such as poker, blackjack, roulette, and more with the money they were given.

During the games, students would win chips to purchase tickets to enter a raffle to win different prizes such as gift cards, a Wilson basketball, a body pillow and much more. The night was full of gambling, dancing, and having a good time to bring this community together.
