The crowd cheers as the ball flies high in the sky through the up rights. As the starting Kicker and Punter of the Football team Owen will have a big foot in that goal. Speaking of goals, Owen also dabbles on the Soccer field with some stellar performances as the backup Goalkeeper. On both fields Owen is known for his big kicks but who is behind the helmet and powerful right leg, who really is Owen Livingston.

Ryan: Owen, would you first describe yourself in a few words and then please go into depth on those words and why you think they describe you?

Owen: I would describe himself as a fun-loving kid that is always there for a good joke, but when it is time to get to work Owen flips a switch and becomes a "mentality monster".

Ryan: What was your upbringing like? Where are you from and what are your hobbies?

Owen: “I was born and raised in Magnolia, and I would say I have been active in his community” (Livingston 1). Owen has spent his entire life attending OLF from Kindergarten through 8th grade dominating sports such as Baseball and Soccer.

Ryan: Why did you choose O'Dea? What stuck about it that made you choose it over other schools?

Owen: “I was O'Dea all the way, naturally following in his brother's footsteps” (Livingston 1). The summer before freshman year, Owen was introduced to team football he is quoted as saying "I always remember tossing the football around with my dad but never taking it too seriously" (Livingston 1). Since then, the rest is history, Owen has had some great seasons as the Kicker and Punter and has received multiple offers from colleges to continue his athletic journey.
