Heart of a lion. . . Sir Keenan Hart

SEATTLE - Sir Keenan Hart, also known as Sir. Is one of the friendlies, hardest competitor you will meet at O’Dea. Hart is a 2-time varsity football player, 2-time track runner.

Hart is running the 100, 4x4, and shot put. Hart’s time at O’Dea is coming to an end, so Hart is planning on going out with a bang before going to college.

Hart had time to rest his body after the tough season for football is not even two weeks after the season was over for football, he was in that weight room back at it again.

Hart has this thing with the weight room.

“I’m like a pistol shrimp. I’m small, but I pack a punch”. said Hart.

And right he does. Hart is someone you don’t want to have a head-on-head collision with. He’s the type to hit you and say, “let’s do it again”.

With all this said, this work ethic and mindset is what sets him up perfectly for the event he does. He will always want to continue to be better than the next person.

Making sure he’s prepared in any way he can.

With his body with coach P, eating the rights food before the game and throughout the week, stretching on the side lines before his race, Hart is a student of the game, To work.

That’s the thing he loves most. All the work he must put in to be great.

So, when it time to race he makes sure he’s the first one to cross the finish line.

Hart has a lot of plans for this season. Him being the older guy on the team and the events, he tries and coach up his brothers.

Putting his brothers in a position to success. Because he knows that feeling, not knowing what to do, feeling lost in all the action.

“I’m just doing what my brother did when I was freshman, sophomore. Teaching me the ropes and guiding me.” stated by Hart

And that is what the brotherhood is about at O’Dea, teaching your brother when they don’t know.

Exactly like when you didn’t know what to do.

Hart is special showing is commitment to the program and to everything he has done. I can’t wait to see more of Hart and what he can do for his last time at O’Dea. And what last impacts he will leave on this team.

Go Irish and thank you again. Tune in next time to hear the result of Sir Keenan Hart.
